In Q2, we were tapped to design, build, and manage the entire booth rollout for 11 different beauty brands at the ULTA Tradeshow — from creative concepts and fabrication to shipping, install, and strike. All delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

At Mecca, we don’t just build booths, we craft immersive brand experiences. For the ULTA-mate tradeshow (not the official name, but a great and accurate pun), each brand came with a unique identity and message.

✓ Fabrication – From custom fixtures and scenic elements to specialty finishes and lighting, we built everything in-house, down to the last detail.
✓ Logistics & Shipping – With 11 builds headed to the same destination, we coordinated staggered shipments and timed arrivals with zero hiccups.
✓ Install & Strike – We were onsite to ensure every detail was locked in — on schedule, under control, and camera-ready. When it was over? We struck every booth efficiently and ahead of deadline. The best part? We have the best reels to prove it.

Bondi Boost: A soft-focus palette with haircare front and center. Inviting, aspirational, and built to shine.
